Staff takes up a whole lot of time. As people start getting the desire to "graduate", they leave staff and join our "Short Bus", which is our term for staffers who just aren't quite with us anymore. As awesome as Ski Club is, some people still decide to go through with that whole "graduation" thing. The rest of us try to support their decision, though we don't understand it. Once our staffers have graduated, we refer to them as "Old School", and allow them to come back and hate themselves for leaving any time they wish!
