The Santa Cruz Ski and Snowboard Club is the largest social club comprised of UCSC students, boasting over 600 members. Each year hundreds of students and alumni join our club because it is the cheapest, craziest, and all around best way to get to the snow. Fall quarter is all about spreading the word. You can see staff members signing people up all week, every week at the Bay Tree Bookstore. We invite everyone to join us at our sponsor day/ All Cal Meeting on November 19th! This is your second chance to score some free stuff (we raffle off over $1,000 worth of gear!) and meet fellow club members.

Winter break gives way to our biggest trip of the year, ALL-CAL. The All-Cal is one of the most amazing weeks you’ll have over the course of your entire college career. This is a week long trip to a world class resort with hundreds of UC college students, parties every night, and slope side events every day. This year we will be tearing up Whitefish, Montana. The greatest part about this trip is that everything is included, and it costs less than $600! This trip will, and always does, sell out - so start thinking about it now!

Winter quarter is when we bring our parties to the snow. We host six trips to the snow where we’ll party all night in quality cabins and ride all day at either Northstar, Sugarbowl. or Sierra. With HUGE discounts and incredibly cheap lodging, you won’t want to miss any! Even if you choose to just spend the weekend with us, you won’t regret a cent. Every year we also compete for the Nor Cal cup, a smaller version of the All-Cal. We always win! Once you join the club you will be added to our mailing list, so we can send out more information as the trips get nearer.

Spring quarter we hold on to the remaining amount of snow as long as we can! We run a trip to Heavenly and take over the epic Block Hotel made just for riders.  Then the snow is gone, but we aren’t! Whether you decide to skydive, float down the American River, or spend Memorial Day weekend on a crazy houseboating trip - we’ll make sure you have fun. In addition we have our weekly Sloshball competition. We don’t always win, but we always have a great time. We always find a way to end the year in style!
